Mr.Editor: How much longer are we to be inflicted with the intolerable nuisance of having hundreds upon hundreds of hideous, half-naked, drunken savages, in our midst? Who can produce an instance where, in the very center of a city, are permitted to live whole tribes of filthy, stealing, debased Indians, who will fill out Hospitals with disease, and entail paupers on the community?
